Why couldn't the columns of the Citicorp center be built on the buildings corners?
They couldn't be at the end at the corner of the streets because, it wouldn't be able to withstand the currents of the winds, and storm that comes to the center of N Y.
What is the Citicorp building's major flaw? What could happen? Describe.
He didn't account of quartering winds that can cause the buildings to fall. Also, he didn't account for a storm that comes every 55 years.
